Ensure the unit is plugged in and the switch is on, verifying the supply fuse. Point the remote at the bottom left-hand corner of the heater. Adjust the valve pressures. Wait at least 15 seconds between attempts to allow the unit to purge the combustion chamber. Check that all plugs inside the appliance are properly connected and located, and ensure the combustion fan and air pressure switch are operating correctly. Also, verify the correct orientation and connection of the active, neutral, and earth wires.

To resolve this, ensure that the correct gas type, injector size, and pressure setting are used. Additionally, the primary air shutter may need adjustment to suit the gas type.
