What to do if my Coonara Royal Slimline Indoor Fireplace fails to ignite?
    • E
      Elizabeth SanchezAug 15, 2025
If your Coonara Indoor Fireplace fails to ignite or ignites and then goes out, several factors could be responsible. Check that the gas supply is connected and the pressure is adequate. Ensure the unit is plugged in and the switch is on, verifying the supply fuse. Point the remote at the bottom left-hand corner of the heater. Adjust the valve pressures. Wait at least 15 seconds between attempts to allow the unit to purge the combustion chamber. Check that all plugs inside the appliance are properly connected and located, and ensure the combustion fan and air pressure switch are operating correctly. Also, verify the correct orientation and connection of the active, neutral, and earth wires.
