5. Install impeller. Apply Loctite 262 to impeller lockscrew threads and shaft threads. Install impeller lockscrew
and impeller washer. Do not lubricate impeller washer and the impeller. Lockscrew should always be new.

6. Install new gasket. For emergency use, old gaskets should be moist and flat.
7. Install volute sliding it carefully over the register. Bolt volute to backplate.
8. Install suction cover and gaskets as appropriate.
