Insert chair wheels into the chair base by pressing the stud firmly into the holes.
Install the gas lift and cover into the chair base, removing the red protective cap.
Place the completed chair base assembly aside.
Attach seat control base to seat cushion using four screws from bottom.
Attach seat back to seat assembly using screws, starting with recline mechanism side.
Mount seat assembly onto chair base by inserting gas lift cylinder into center hole.
Attach hinge covers with screws, then insert rubber plugs to secure.
Attach the neck pillow in two ways: over the headrest or through the neck area holes.
Position the lumbar pillow on the backrest for additional back support.
Operate lever to engage/disengage tilt lock and adjust chair height.
Pull lever to recline seat back forward or backward, including safety warning.
