Service policy: We provide after sales service to consumers strictly following the regulation of
returned products.
Note: The warranty is only eective for products and/or accessories purchased from authorized
distributors by ZEK.
Following circumstances are not covered by our after sales service.
1. Warranty period is overdue.
2. Product damage is caused by usage, violation of maintenance and storage as stated in our
instruction manual.
3. Product damage is caused by unauthorized after service supplier.
4. Missing warranty card and purchasing invoice.
5. Altered information on warranty card without authorization.
6. Item no. on warranty card and the mismatch between returned product.
7. Damage caused by force majeure.
