To get out of any watch app, hit the Home button
(circle at the bottom of the watch face). It will take
you “backwards.”
Make calls
To make calls, tap the phone icon. Select the contact
you'd like to call.
Send messages
To send a message, select Chat. Choose the desired
contact and send a preset text message, emoji,
image, or voice recording.
