If your Cosori Fryer isn't turning on, make sure it is properly plugged into a working outlet. Try a different outlet to rule out an issue with the original one. Also, check and reset your circuit breaker.

Some white smoke or steam during cooking is normal for the Cosori Fryer. During first use, dust from the packing process may cause white smoke. To eliminate any dust, see Test Run (page 10). Excess oil or fatty foods may also produce white smoke. Make sure the inside of the oven is cleaned properly and isn’t greasy.

What to do if my Cosori CCO-R251-SUS shows Error Code “E4”?
    • E
      elizabethtownsendSep 3, 2025
If your Cosori Fryer displays Error Code “E4”, unplug it immediately. This error may appear if the oven has been plugged into an incorrect power source, such as a 220–240V outlet. Only use the oven with 120V, 60Hz outlets, like those in North America. This error can also appear if the oven has been stored at a temperature lower than -7°F / -22°C. In this case, place the oven at room temperature and try again.
