Usage Features
Installation and Adjustment:
- Bottom Cover Installation: The machine should be laid on its side on a soft surface. The bottom cover is then aligned with screw holes and fastened using the provided screws.
- Positioning: Maintain a minimum distance of 2 inches (50mm) between the washing machine and the wall. The machine's base should not exceed a 45° slant.
- Leveling: Use a tied thread with a plumb to ensure the machine is horizontal. Adjust the adjustable feet to achieve stability on uneven surfaces.
- Drainpipe Connection: The drainpipe must be hung during use, with a height not exceeding 4ft to prevent leakage or stopping. The elbow bend pipe can be adjusted to change the drainpipe's height. Ensure the drainpipe is not extruded to allow smooth drainage.
- Water Inlet Installation: The inlet hose connects to the inlet valve connector on the machine. Ensure the water absorption cushion is in place and undamaged. Fasten the inlet hose nut securely.
- Tap Connection: The inlet hose connector should be firmly fastened to a suitable tap. The tap's front end should be longer than 0.4 inches, and its exit end face should be flat and smooth to prevent leakage.
- Earthing: The appliance must be earthed. The power plug should be inserted into a reliably earthed socket. The earth terminal should not be linked to gas or tap pipelines.
Before Operation:
- Laundry Preparation: Empty all pockets of small objects (coins, keys, screws) to prevent damage to the drain pump. Knot long bands, fasten buttons, and close zippers.
- Loading: Do not overload the machine. Load laundry loosely, alternating large and small items. Sort laundry by fabric type, color-fastness, and dirtiness. Place thin, woolen, and delicate items in a washing bag.
- Detergent Usage: Put detergent powder into the tub as shown in the manual. Close the wash lid. Low sudsing detergent powder is recommended. For instant dissolving, prepare warm water (86°F/30°C) in a container, pour powder while stirring, then add to the machine.
- Bleach Usage: Fill water to the selected level, dilute bleach in a container, and slowly pour it into the washing tub. Do not use bleach for colored or figured laundries. Do not apply bleach directly to laundries. Dissolve powder bleach before use.
Operation Steps:
- Power On: Press the power switch.
- Program Selection: Press the "Program/Delay" button to choose from 10 available programs (Normal, Standard, Strong, Fast, Soak&Wash, Wash, Wash&Rinse, Rinse&Spin, Spin, Air dry).
- Water Level Selection: Select the appropriate water level based on laundry quantity using the "Water level/Spin" button.
- Delay Wash (Optional): Long press "Program/Delay" for over 3 seconds to set a delay wash time (2-24 hours). Press the button again to add one more hour. To cancel, press "Power On/Off".
- Spin Function (Optional): Long press "Water level/Spin" for over 3 seconds to activate the spin function.
- Child Lock (Optional): Press "Water level/Spin" and "Program/Delay" simultaneously for over 3 seconds to activate. Repeat to cancel. If the top door is opened with child lock active, the machine will stop and alarm.
- Air Dry (Optional): Select "Air dry" using the "Program/Delay" button.
- Start/Pause: Close the top lid and press "Start/Pause" to begin the washing cycle. Press again to pause and resume.
- Completion: The machine will alarm when finished and automatically cut off power.
Maintenance Features
After Programme End:
- The machine automatically stops, and a music buzzer will alert you.
- Unplug the machine and turn off water taps to prevent leaks or fire.
External Cleaning:
- Clean the exterior cabinet with a soft cloth.
- Avoid using cleansers or volatile chemical materials, as they can damage plastic parts and the surface.
Clean Inlet Gate:
- If the inlet filter net is blocked by dust, close the tap and turn on the power switch.
- Start the machine for 5 seconds to allow water to flow to the tub, then cut off power.
- Pull off the inlet hose, remove and clean the inlet valve and net, then reinstall.
Clean Lint Filter:
- The lint filter must be used during washing and cleaned regularly.
- Pull out the lint filter (as shown in illustration 1 in the manual).
- Open and wash the lint filter (as shown in illustration 2 in the manual).
- Close and reinstall the lint filter.
Winter Care (Freezing Prevention):
- If there's a possibility of water freezing in the inner tub, remove the water inlet hose and drain water from the hose and inner tub.
- If water is already frozen, do not operate the machine. Pour 104°F (40°C) hot water into the tub, ensuring it submerges the pulsator. After a few minutes, gently rotate the pulsator by hand before operating the machine.
Troubleshooting (Before contacting technicians):
- No Display on Control Panel: Check if the plug is inserted tightly, if there's electricity in the socket, if the power switch is turned on, or if the power supply is cut off.
- Inlet Hose Leaks: Ensure the inlet hose connector (to the tap) is fixed tightly and that the inlet hose and washing machine connector are not loose. Reinstall the inlet hose and tighten the connector.
- Does Not Drain: Check if the drainpipe is put down, bended, or blocked. Put down, straighten, or clean the drainpipe.
- Alarm Codes (E0-F1): The manual provides specific solutions for each alarm code, such as closing the top lid, checking water levels, balancing laundry, or contacting technicians for sensor issues.
- Imbalance Adjustment: The machine has an automatic imbalance adjustment function. If vibration persists, ensure laundry is evenly distributed.
- Power Supply Cut-off: The machine automatically cuts off power after 10 minutes of inactivity or upon cycle completion.
- Child Lock Function: If the child lock is active and the top door is opened, an E5 error will display. Closing the door within 5 minutes will resume operation; otherwise, the machine will drain water.
- One Key Spin Function: Long pressing "Water level/Spin" for over 3 seconds in standby mode will initiate a quick spin program (09).
