Why my Costway Air Conditioner doesn't work?

  Your Costway Air Conditioner might not be working due to several reasons: * It is not connected to a power socket with electricity, so turn it on after connecting it. * The overflow indicator shows 'FL', meaning you need to discharge the water inside. * The ambient temperature is too low or too high. It is recommended to use the machine at a temperature of 7-35°C (44-95°F). * In cooling mode, the room temperature might be lower than the set temperature, or in heating mode, the room temperature is higher than the set temperature, so change the set temperature. * In dehumidification mode, the ambient temperature might be too low. Place the machine in a room with an ambient temperature greater than 17°C (62°F).

  If your Costway Air Conditioner isn't cooling well, consider these possibilities: * Direct sunlight might be entering the room. Pull the curtains to block the sunlight. * Doors or windows might be open, there may be a lot of people in the room, or other heat sources might be present in cooling mode. Close doors and windows and consider adding another air conditioner. * The filter screen could be dirty. Clean or replace the filter screen. * The air inlet or outlet might be blocked. Clear any obstructions.

Replace them with new ones.
