Sleep mode
1. Turn thefanon.
2. Press [ ] (7) until theLED indicator for theSleep mode islit.
3. Thefan reduces speed successively by changing to alower
speed setting every 7 minutes until finally staying on fan speed1.
Youcannot change thefan speed manually when thefan is in
Sleepmode.
Oscillation
1. Press [ ] (6) to switch theoscillating action of thefanon.
2. Press thebutton again to turn off this function.
Timer function
1. Press [ ] (8) to set thetime in 30-minute intervals from
30minutes to 8hours.
2. Thefan will turn off automatically once theset time has
passed. Thetimer function can be used with any of
thefunctions describedabove. Thedisplay panel shows
theset timer time for afew seconds before reverting to
displaying thetemperature. Thepicture shows that thetimer
is set for 2hours.
Care and maintenance
• Always unplug theproduct from thewall
socket before cleaning.
• Wipe theoutside of thehousing with
aclean, dampcloth. Useonly mild
cleaning agents, never solvents or
corrosive chemicals.
• Always unplug thefan and store it in
adry, dust-free environment out of
children’s reach whenever it is not to be
used for anextended period.
Cleaning theair intake lter
If theair intake filter needs cleaning it can be
removed and vacuum-cleaned (see fig.).
