IntheE-boxbehindthecoveronthefrontofthe
cabinetyouwillfindthefollowingcomponents:

-powerlinefilter
-hourcounterP1
-relaysKA1,KA2
-thermostatsST1,ST2*)
-neonsHL1,HL2
-selectorswitchSA1
*)Whenthecoverisremoved,thesecomponentsare
accessibleforreplacing.
Toremovethetermostats,thesensorplacedinthe
heaterboxmustberemovedatfirst.Thesensorsare
accessiblewhenthecabinettopcoverisremoved.
Whenthetopplateisremovedthesecomponentsare
accessibleforreplacement
Whenthetopplateisremoved,theprocessairfanis
visibleonthecabinetbackplate.
Thefancanbeunscrewedfromtheoutsidewhenthe
filterisremoved.
Reg.-airfan,andtheplatewithelectriccomponents
areallfixedtotheheatingboxasoneunit,andcan
beremovedasonepiece.Dolikethis:
-removetheinsulationfromtheØ100connectionfrom
theheatingboxtotherotorsection-unscrewthe
rubberconnectionunderneithfromtheonepart.
-unscrewtheheatingboxfromtheundersideofthe
dehumidifier(4pcsUnbrakoM6)
-disconnectallelectricconnectionsontheheaters
-removetheheatingboxunit.
Removethetopplateandthebackcabinetplate.
Forremovingthebackcabinetplate,atfirstunscrew
thetworeg.-connectionsfromtheplate.Theyarefixed
by4pcsM5screwseach.
Forremovingtherotor,thebackdividingplatemustbe
removedatfirst.Thisisfixedby5pcsscrewsM6for
distancebolts,onepcsM8screwinthemiddleforthe
shaft,2pcsM5screwsineachside,and2pcsM6into
thebuttonframe.
Whenthebackdividingplateisremoved,rotor,gaskets,
shaftandtimingbeltcanberemovedifnecessary
