Check that the unit is properly plugged into a working power source and reset the breaker. Confirm the GFCI is a minimum 10 Amp service. Also, verify all wire connections are secure and dry. The fuse on the control board might be blown, requiring manual replacement. In addition, ensure GFCI is a minimum 10 Amp service. Lastly, the control board itself may be faulty, requiring replacement; contact Customer Service for assistance.

  If the fire pot in your grill won't light, it could be due to several reasons. First, the auger may not be primed, especially if it's the first use or the hopper was emptied. Follow the Hopper Priming Procedure. The auger motor could also be jammed; inspect the auger feed system to confirm pellets are dropping into the fire pot. If not, contact Customer Service. An igniter failure could also be the reason; check if the igniter is working by feeling for heat above the fire pot and ensure it protrudes about 13mm / 0.5 inches into the fire pot. If it's not working, follow the Manual Start-up Procedure and contact Customer Service. Lastly, insufficient airflow due to ash build-up or obstructions in the fire pot or a blocked fan could be the cause; follow the Care and Maintenance instructions.

Check the fuel: ensure the hopper has enough pellets and that the pellet quality is good, without obstructions in the feed system. Also, inspect the temperature probe; if it's dirty, follow the Care and Maintenance instructions. If the probe is damaged, contact Customer Service for a replacement. Once all the above steps have been done, start the grill, set temperature to SMOKE and wait for 10 minutes. Check that the flame produced is bright and vibrant.
