BEFORE ASKING A/S
No water
comes out.
Is there the suspension of water
supply or the supplying water
valve closed?
Open the supplying valve.
Is the flow rate of plus sediment
filter normal?
Change the plus sediment
filter.
Is the main power normal?
Is the supplying power to the
boost pump normal?
Does the boost pump normally
operate?
Call to A/S to change the
transformer.
No cooling.
Check the power.
Problem Possible Causes What To Do
Does the main power connect to
the voltage rating that matches it
on the rating plate?
Is the cooling switch turned on?
Is the indicator of cooling mode
turned on?
Does the compressor normally
operate and is the input voltage
normal?
Call to A/S to change the
boost pump.
Connect the power to the
voltage rating that matches it
on the rating plate.
Turn the cooling switch on.
Call to A/S to change the
connector or the display PCB.
Call to A/S to change the OLP
or the thermistor for cooling.
No heating.
Does the main power connect to
the voltage rating that matches it
on the rating plate?
Connect the power to the
voltage rating that matches it
on the rating plate.
Is the heating switch turned on? Turn the heating switch on.
Is the indicator of heating mode
turned on?
Does the heater normally operate
and is the input voltage normal?
Call to A/S to change the heater.
