WATER FILTRATION PROCESS
Uses of reject water
- The reject water should be used for cleaning the restroom, the house,
clothes, or purposes other than drinking.
- Never use the reject water for a drinking or cooking.
Tips
The lter is the core technology of the ltration system.
If you don’t use qualifying lter or if you use an old lter that has expired, the system
performance may degrade.
The 5-step water ltering system (CHP-590L)
Step 1, 2: NEO-SENSE FILTER
Removes particles such as sand or rust from source water and protects the other lters.
Removes pollutants such as chlorine and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the source water.
Step 3 : RO MEMBRANE FILTER
The membrane lter (RO) removes pollutants such as heavy metals, microorganisms, inorganic ions
and organic matter from the source water. Water with concentrated pollutants is expelled from the
ltered water through the outlet tubing.
Step 4 : PLUS INNO-SENSE FILTER
Removes odorous materials and improves water taste. Fourth lter: Antibacterial lter.
Step 5 : ANTIBACTERIAL FILTER*
Prevents microorganisms in the water.
* The Antibacterial lter contains silver, which is known to inhibit the propagation of microorganisms and to
maintain the integrity of the lter.
