    • J
      Jeremy MillerAug 13, 2025
If water is not being extracted from your Coway Water Dispenser, or the amount of water dispensed is incorrect, several factors could be at play. First, the filter may need replacing, so request a filter replacement. Also, ensure that the main water supply valve is open. Check the draining or feed hose to make sure it is not bent or folded; unfold it if necessary. Finally, ensure the feed hose is not longer than 5 meters. If the level is still incorrect, contact the After-Service Center.

Why does my Coway CPE-06ALW Water Dispenser water taste odd?
    • P
      Patrick SmithAug 28, 2025
If the water from your Coway Water Dispenser tastes odd, there are a few potential reasons. You may need to clean the internal water tank. If the dispenser hasn't been used for a while, dispose of the saved water and clean the tank. If you're using ionized water mode, extract and dispose of the water more than twice before using. Also, it might be time for a filter replacement, so request a new filter.

The pH level of the water from your Coway Water Dispenser can be affected by your region's water hardness and water quality. Why did the extraction time exceed 1 minute on my Coway CPE-06ALW?
    • C

Ionized water extraction automatically stops after 1 minute on the Coway Water Dispenser to prevent overflowing. Check if the Low level indicator is turned on. If there is insufficient water in the internal water tank, use the water within 1~2 hours.

Why does a white substance settle in my Coway CPE-06ALW?
    • K
      kparkerSep 8, 2025
The white substance that settles at the bottom of the Coway Water Dispenser when ionized water is left over is due to the calcium ion in the water combining with the carbonic acid. This separation of the calcium mineral is normal depending on the water quality and safe to drink. If this continues, consult your After-Sales Center on how to protect the product.
