Symptom Check Measures to take
Warm water is not
being dispensed.
•
Is the hot water or cold water indicator turned on?
Please press the hot/cold water button to turn on
hot/cold water function. Temperature of warm
water may vary depending on temperature of
hot/cold water.
• Is the low water level indicator turned on?
The water may be hotter or colder than usual
when low water level indicator is on. Please
check again after low water level indicator is o.
• Is the power saving mode indicator turned on ?
The water may be less hot than usual when
power saving mode is on.
• Is the tap water valve locked?
Heater function does not activate when water
level is low to prevent overheating of the heater.
Please open the tap water valve.
The device stopped
suddenly during
operation.
• Is the water supply intact? Please check the tap water valve.
• Is the power connected?
Please check that the power cord is connected to
220 V - 240 V~, 50 Hz outlet.
• Is there leak or ooding of ltered water? Please request for repair service.
