  If the management software shows an error in the communication protocol for your CPS COLOR Dispenser, first ensure the machine is turned on. Then, verify all connections at the back of the machine. Use the configuration and calibration software to confirm that the port used for communication is correctly configured. If the issue persists, replace the communication cable with manufacturer’s original spare parts.

  If your CPS COLOR Dispenser does not turn on, check the power connections at the back of the machine and ensure the main switch is in the ON position (I). Also, inspect the fuses inside the fuse compartment and replace any that are blown. If the power supply unit is in overcurrent, wait a few minutes before restarting the machine. If problems persist after these steps, it may indicate defective electrical connections.
