Operating Instructions

Initial Setup and Tube Insertion

Prepare the tool by moving the yoke and clamp handles counter-clockwise. Insert the tube into the flaring bar hole.

Flaring Process

Align the yoke with the positioning mark, tighten the clamp handle, and turn the yoke handle clockwise until the clutch releases.

Removing the Flared Tube

Turn the yoke handle counter-clockwise to release from the tubing, loosen the clamp, and remove the tube.

Safety Precautions

Always wear eye protection and hand gloves when working with hand tools.

Maintenance and Parts

Cleaning and Lubrication

Keep the circular cone clean and apply lubricating grease to threaded parts and the bearing.
