Why my Craftsman Jacks will not lower completely?
    • N
      Nancy VaughanAug 8, 2025
If your Craftsman Jack will not lower completely, it could be due to a couple of reasons. The oil reservoir might be over-filled, in which case you should drain out some oil. Alternatively, the moving parts may require lubrication, so lubricate them as necessary.

Why is my Craftsman Jack not lifting to full height?
    • A
      Amy WilsonAug 17, 2025
If your Craftsman Jack is not lifting to its full height, it could be due to several reasons. First, the power unit might have trapped air; in this case, release the air from the system. Second, the release valve may not be closing correctly; ensure it is tightly turned clockwise. Lastly, the power unit may be malfunctioning, requiring a replacement.

    • A
      ana58Aug 27, 2025
If you're experiencing poor lifting and a spongy pump feel with your Craftsman Jack, it could be due to a low oil level. Try adding oil as required. Alternatively, the power unit may be malfunctioning and require replacement.
