maintained,lubricatedandtunedupaccordingto the instructionsin the owner'smanual,
Searswill repairor replacefree of chargeany parts thatarefoundto bedefectivein
materialor workmanshipaccordingto the guidelinesof coveragelisted below.Searswill
alsoprovidefree laborfor these applicablewarrantedparts forthe two full years.During
the first 30 daysof purchase,therewill be nochargesto servicethe productat your
homefor issuescoveredby this warranty.(Seeexclusionsbelow). Foryour conve-

This Warrantydoes not cover:
• Expendableitems whichbecomeworn duringnormaluse, includingbut not limitedto
blades,sparkplugs,air cleaners,belts, andoilfilters.
• StandardMaintenanceServicing,oilchanges, or tune-ups
• Tire replacementor repaircausedby puncturesfromoutsideobjects,suchas nails,
thorns,stumps,or glass.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatorabuse, includingbutnot limitedto, damage
causedby towingobjectsbeyondthe capabilityof the ridingequipment,impacting
objectsthat bendthe frameor crankshaft,or over-speedingthe engine.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence,includingbut not limitedto,elec-
trical and mechanicaldamagecausedby improperstorage,failureto use the proper
gradeandamountof engineoil,failureto keepthe deckclear offlammabledebris,
or failureto maintainthe equipmentaccordingtothe instructionscontainedinthe
owner'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedby fueldeterminedto becontami-
natedor oxidized(stale). Ingeneral,fuelshouldbe used within30 daysof itspur-
chasedate.
• Normaldeteriorationand wearofthe exteriorfinishes,or productlabel replacement.
• Ridingequipmentusedfor commercialor rentalpurposes.
LIMITEDWARRANTYON BATTERY
Forninety(90)daysfromdate of purchase,if anybatteryincludedwiththis ridingequip-
mentprovesdefectivein materialor workmanshipand ourtesting determinesthe battery
will not hold a charge,Searswill replacethe battery at nocharge. Duringthe first30
daysof purchase,therewill beno chargesto replacethe battery atyour HOME. After
the first 30 days,foryourconvenience,IN-HOMEwarrantyservice will still beavail-
ablebut a trip chargewill apply.This chargewill bewaivedif the Craftsmanproductis
