BATTERYLIMITEDWARRANTY
FOR90DAYSfromthedateofpurchase,thebattery(anexpendablepart)ofthisridingequipmentiswarrantedagainstanydefectsinmaterialor
workmanship.Withproofofpurchase,anewbatterywill besuppliedfreeofcharge.Youareresponsibleforthe laborcostofbatteryinstallation.
ADDITIONALLIMITEDWARRANTIES
inthefollowingadditionalwarranties,youareresponsibleforthelaborcostofpartinstallationafterthesecondyearfromthedateofpurchase.
FORFIVEYEARSfromthedateof purchase,theframeofthisridingequipmentiswarrantedagainstanydefectsinmaterialorworkmanship.Withproofof

FORASLONGASITISUSEDbytheoriginalownerafterthetenthyearfromthedateofpurchase,thecastironfrontaxle(if equipped)of thisridingequipment
iswarrantedagainstanydefectsinmaterialorworkmanship.Withproofofpurchase,anewcastironfrontaxlewillbesuppliedfreeofcharge.

Inallcasesabove,if partrepairorreplacementisimpossible,theridingequipmentwill bereplacedfreeofchargewiththesameoranequivalentmodel.
Alloftheabovewarrantycoverageisvoidif thisridingequipmentiseverusedwhileprovidingcommercialservicesorif rentedtoanotherperson.
Thiswarranty coversONLYdefectsin materialand workmanship.WarrantycoveragedoesNOTinclude:
• Expendableparts(exceptbattery)thatcanwearoutfromnormalusewithinthewarrantyperiod,includingbutnot limitedto blades,sparkplugs,air
cleaners,belts,andoilfilters.
• Standardmaintenanceservicing,oilchanges,ortune-ups.
• Tirereplacementorrepaircausedbypuncturesfromoutsideobjects,suchasnails,thorns,stumps,orglass.
• Tireorwheelreplacementorrepairresultingfromnormalwear,accident,orimproperoperationormaintenance.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseofoperatorabuse,includingbutnotlimitedtodamagecausedbytowingobjectsbeyondthecapabilityoftheriding
equipment,impactingobjectsthatbendtheframe,axleassemblyorcrankshaft,orover-speedingtheengine.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseofoperatornegligence,includingbutnotlimitedto,electricalandmechanicaldamagecausedbyimproperstorage,failureto
usethepropergradeandamountofengineoil,failuretokeepthedeckclearofflammabledebris,orfailuretomaintaintheridingequipmentaccording
tothe instructionscontainedintheoperator'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningorrepairscausedbyfueldeterminedto becontaminatedoroxidized(stale).Ingeneral,fuelshouldbeusedwithin30days
ofitspurchasedate.
• Normaldeteriorationandwearoftheexteriorfinishes,orproductlabelreplacement.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrightswhichvaryfromstateto state.
