- Station not tuned properly for
AM or FM.
- Unit is not positioned correctly
- Unit not in “RADIO” mode.
Volume set at minimum
- Retune the AM or FM
broadcast station.
- Reposition the unit until
the best reception is obtained.
AM or FM no sound
“RADIO” position.
CD not play
- Unit not in CD mode.
- Audio connection cable was
inserted into the LINE IN jack
- CD is not loaded properly.
- The disc may dirty or scratched.
- Slide Function Selector to
CD position.
- Load CD with label side face up
- Try other disc.
CD skips while
playing
- Wipe CD with clean cloth or try
another disc.
Sound appears
distorted at high
volume setting
- Audio connection cable was
inserted into the LINE IN jack
- Slide the Function Selector to
- Unplug the connect cable
from the LINE IN jack
- Volume level is set to
maximum.
- Reduce the volume level.
