SAFETY INFORMATION
1. ALWAYS USE THE TRAMPOLINE ON A LEVEL AND HARD SURFACE
AWAY FROM STAIRWAYS.
2. DO NOT ATTEMPT OR ALLOW SOMERSAULTS. SERIOUS INJURIES
MAY RESULT.
3. DO NOT ALLOW MORE THAN ONE PERSON ON THE TRAMPOLINE
AT A TIME.
4. MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS ENOUGH SPACE ON ALL SIDES OF
THE TRAMPOLINE THAT YOU DO NOT COME IN CONTACT WITH
FURNITURE OR OTHER OBJECTS.
5. DO NOT USE THE TRAMPOLINE WHEN IT IS WET OR IN WINDY
CONDITIONS.
6. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER SIX YEARS OF AGE.
7. AVOID BOUNCING TOO HIGH IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN CONTROL.
8. THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT CAPACITY IS 220LBS.
9. STEP ON AND OFF OF TRAMPOLINE. DO NOT USE AS A
SPRINGBOARD.
10. BOUNCE ON CENTER OF TRAMPOLINE ONLY.
11. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO EXERCISE ALONE UNLESS YOU ARE
COMFORTABLE USING THIS DEVICE.
12. KEEP PROTECTIVE PADDING IN PLACE ON THE FRAME.
13. DO NOT USE THE TRAMPOLINE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF
ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.
14. AVOID BOUNCING WHEN TIRED. KEEP TURNS SHORT.
Use Instrucons
Inspect the trampoline before each use.
Make sure the frame padding is correctly and securely posioned.
Replace any worn, defecve, or missing parts.
Stop bounce by exing knees as feet come in contact with the trampoline
bed. Learn this skill before aempng others.
Learn fundamental bounces and body posions thoroughly before trying
more advanced skills.
A variety of trampoline acvies can be carried out by performing the
basic fundamentals in various series and combinaons, performing one
fundamental aer another, with or without feet bounces between them.
While keeping the head erect, focus eyes on the trampoline toward the
perimeter. This will help control bounce.
For addional informaon concerning the trampoline equipment, contact
the manufacturer. For informaon concerning skill training, contact a
cered trampoline instructor. Read all instrucons before using the
trampoline. Warnings and instrucons for the care, maintenance, and
use of this trampoline are included to promote safe, enjoyable use of this
equipment.
