What to do if my Crane Accessories diffuser has no mist?

  If your Crane Accessories diffuser is not emitting mist, there are several things you can check: * First, ensure that the water level is adequate, as the unit will automatically shut off if the water level is too low. * Next, verify that the Mist Output is not obstructed. * Also, check that the fan vent on the bottom of the base isn't blocked. * Try emptying and rinsing the water reservoir with cool tap water. * Lastly, inspect for mineral deposits and clean the diffuser according to the instructions on page 9.

  If your Crane Accessories diffuser is not receiving power: * Ensure that the unit is properly plugged into a power outlet. * Check that the plug is fully inserted into the bottom of the base. * Make sure you have selected a mode other than 'Off'. The diffuser has 4 different modes: Alternating Colors, 1 Color, No Color and Off. Change modes by pressing down on top of the diffuser towards the Crane logo on the base to click the button.
