Bien que la maison CRM ait fait tout son possible pour produire la machine avec toutes les connaissances nécessaires sur

la sécurité et en consultant les directives et les normes à sa disposition, il y a encore des risques résiduels pendant :

L’opérateur qui travaille dans ces zones ou phases doit être instruit et conscient que ces zones sont « dangereuses » et

qu’elles n’ont pas été éliminées pour la catégorie de prestations de la machine.

Les opérateurs qui effectuent ces opérations doivent toujours avoir a leur disposition le mode d’emploi e le consulter.

Le producteur ne peut pas savoir comment la machine sera installée dans le lieu de production, donc l’utilisateur devra

s’assurer que le lieu d’installation de la machine est conforme à la Directive Machines 2006/42/CE et successives modifications

et aux prescriptions de sécurité, hygiène et désinfection relatives au pays d’installation de la machine.
