Poor tilling performance on your Cub Cadet Tiller can be caused by several factors. Check the tines for wear and replace them if needed. Why won't the wheels or tines turn on my Cub Cadet Tiller?

If the wheels or tines on your Cub Cadet Tiller won't turn, first ensure you are using the controls correctly. Next, check the drive belts for wear, breakage, or misalignment; replace or adjust them as needed. Also, inspect the transmission pulley for looseness and tighten the bolt if necessary. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it could be due to internal transmission damage, in which case you should contact an authorized service dealer.

If your Cub Cadet Tiller's tines are turning but the wheels aren't, first check if the Wheel Drive Pins are properly inserted in WHEEL DRIVE. If not, insert the Drive Pins correctly. Also, check the transmission pulley for any looseness and tighten the bolt if needed. If your Cub Cadet Tiller's wheels are turning but the tines aren't, start by checking for any missing tine holder mounting hardware and replace it if necessary. Next, inspect the transmission pulley for looseness and tighten the bolt if needed. If the issue continues, it may be due to internal transmission wear or damage, and you should contact an authorized service dealer.
