Usage Features:

  • Operator Controls: Ignition switch, brake pedal, accelerator pedal, parking brake lever, choke knob, shift lever (Forward, Low, Neutral, Reverse), differential lock lever, 4x4 switch, and a 12V power outlet.

    • Every 500 Hours or 2 Years: Change transfer case oil.
  • Engine Maintenance: Refer to the separate Kohler Engine operator's manual for specific engine controls and adjustments. An hour meter tracks engine run time, with a "change oil" message flashing every 50 hours.
  • Fuel System: Instructions for safe handling and refueling of gasoline, including warnings about flammability and proper container use.
  • Battery: Instructions for jump-starting, with warnings about spark arrester and eye protection.
  • Headlight Bulbs: Step-by-step guide for replacing headlight bulbs.
  • Fuses: Location and replacement instructions for fuses.
  • Tire Pressure: Recommended operating tire pressure is 14-18 psi. Warnings against over-inflating and explosive separation during servicing.
