RELOADING THE BUMP HEAD WITH
TRIMMER LINE
The GasLess
TM
trimmer comes with
trimmer line already installed. When the
trimmer line is used up, you will have to
reload the bump head with trimmer line.
WARNING: Avoid Injury! To
prevent accidental start up: Always
remove the Power Cell before
reloading the bump head.
1. Cut a length of line 12 to 16 feet
long.
2. Align the arrows (1) on the head with
the eyelets (2) (Fig. 12).
3. Thread one end of line into an eyelet
and push it through the head and
out the other eyelet (Fig. 13).
4. Pull both ends of the line until an
equal amount is extending from
both eyelets (Fig. 14).
5. Turn the knob clockwise until all but
6 inches of line are extending from
both sides of the trimmer head. (Pull
lightly on the line after every 6-8
clicks).
6. Cut the longer end so that both
strips are the same length.
7. Install a charged Power Cell and
begin trimming vegetation.
