Loading
Cargo or a trailer can change the stability
and handling of a vehicle.
You must use common sense and good
judgment when carrying cargo or towing a
trailer. Keep the following points in mind:
● Never exceed the weight limits shown.
An overloaded vehicle can be unstable.
MAXIMUM LOADING LIMIT
● Vehicle loading limit (total weight of
cargo, operator, passengers and
accessories, and tongue weight):
559kg (1232 lb)
● Cargo bed: 350 lb (159kg)
● Trailer hitch:
Pulling load (total weight of trailer
and cargo): 1,212lbf (550kgf)
Tongue weight (vertical weight on
trailer hitch point): 50kgf (110lbf)
● Choose a trailer hitch drawbar designed
for use with a 2 in (5 cm) receiver.
