Disassembly of the steering wheel
assembly
1. Remove
 Plastic center cap (1)
 Flange nut, washer (2)
 Steering wheel (3)
2. Inspect
 Steering shaft (1)
 Steering wheel (2)
 Washer (3)
 Flange nut (4)
Inspect the splines on the steering shaft
and steering wheel. Look for damage or
wear.
Inspect the steering wheel for damage or
wear to the wheel covering.

attach steering column (2) to
the frame.
2. Inspect
 Steering column tube (1)
 Bearing (2)
 Bearing fitment of the steering
shaft (3)
 Splines (4)
