Maintenance and Adjustment of the UV
Adjusting the Rear Shock
Absorbers
Adjust spring preload by turning the
adjuster. 1 setting is soft to 5 setting for
hardest.
Warning:
Always adjust the shock spring
preloads equally on each side of the
vehicle as uneven adjustment can
cause poor handling and loss of
stability.
Checking the Tires
1.
Check the tires for bulges, wear or
cracking.
If needed, replace with
manufacturer
recommended tire
combinations.
Tire wear limit ○a
Front and rear: 3.0 mm (0.12 in)

Check tire air pressure:
Minimum tire pressure 9 psi
Maximum tire pressure 22 psi
Note:
These are low pressure tires and
require a low pressure gauge when
checking air pressure.
Changing the headlight bulb
Remove:
Lift the hood.
Headlight bulb holder cover (1).
Headlight bulb holder (with bulb) (1)
Remove the defective bulb by unhooking
the headlight bulb holder tabs (2).
Install a new bulb into the headlight bulb
holder.
Avoid touching the glass part of the
bulb
as the oils from your skin will
cause a film
on the bulb.
