How to fix a Cub Cadet Fire & Rescue 642 when the engine will not start?

If your Cub Cadet Utility Vehicle's engine won't start, there are several potential causes. First, check the battery; if it has low voltage, replace it. Ensure that the battery connections are clean and tight. A melted fusible link can also prevent starting, so replace it if necessary. Other possible causes include a loose or disconnected spark plug wire (secure or reconnect it), a faulty spark plug or coil (replace them), the fuel shut-off valve being turned off (turn it on), using incorrect or no fuel (refill with the correct type), a plugged fuel filter (replace it), a defective starter solenoid (replace it), or an open circuit in the wiring (check the wiring).
