Check brake pads/brake blocks every 400 km every 100 km
Check brake disks every 400 km every 100 km
Check chain wear every 500 km every 250 km
Replace handlebars and stem after a crash (see Chapter 9)
as indicated by component manu-

every 5 years at the least

every 2 years at the least
Under unfavourable conditions your chain can wear rapidly. Changing it early will extend the life of
your sprockets.
