You can also reverse the motor by alternating between ‘Chop’ and ‘Grind’. This will help to combine
the ingredients and clean the sides of the work bowl.

Processing Techniques
The following section includes useful hints and tips on how to use the Mini Prep Pro to achieve
a number of processing results. We recommend that you practice using these techniques before
processing food to eat.
N.B. Do not process frozen food in the processor.
