Overview

This document provides an instruction and installation manual for ceramic and induction hobs, specifically for models UBTCC60BVT, UBTCC60BVPF, and UBINDECO60PF.

Function Description

The device is a ceramic or induction hob designed for cooking. Induction cooking, specifically for the UBINDECO60PF model, is described as a safe, advanced, efficient, and economical cooking technology that uses electromagnetic vibrations to generate heat directly in the pan, rather than indirectly through heating the glass surface. This means the glass becomes hot only because the pan eventually warms it up.

  • Installation: Requires a stable, smooth surface. The power supply cable should not be accessible through cupboard doors or drawers. Adequate airflow from outside the cabinetry to the base of the hob is necessary. If installed above a drawer or cupboard space, a thermal protection barrier is required.
  • Electrical Connection:
    • UBTCC60BVT: L1, N1, N2, L2 (220-240V~) or L1, N, PE (220-240V~) and L1-L2: 380-415 2N~
    • UBTCC60BVPF: 5*1.5mm^2, H05GG-F or H05BB-F power cord type.
    • UBINDECO60PF: 5*1.5mm^2, H07RN-F or H05BB-F power cord type.
  • Cookware Compatibility (Induction Hob): Only use cookware with a base suitable for induction cooking. Look for the induction symbol on the packaging or bottom of the pan. Cookware must be magnetic. Do not use cookware with jagged edges or a curved base. Recommended burner sizes for cookware are 160mm (120-140mm diameter), 180mm (140mm diameter), and 210mm (160mm diameter).
