Why won't my Cumberland Hi-Lo Farm Equipment spinner control pan restart when feed is called for?
    • S
      Stephanie MorrisAug 26, 2025
If the spinner control pan of your Cumberland Farm Equipment does not restart the system when feed is needed, replace the spinner motor. If center house pans are used, ensure the voltage at the spinner motor in the center house pans is between 17 and 24 volts. If there is no voltage, ensure the field wiring to the center house control pans is correct. If the voltage is very low, use a heavier gauge wire. You may also need to replace the PC board or the solid state relay. Bending the spinner motor mounting bracket to point the paddle slightly to the center of the throat and away from the throat wall can also help.
