The external laptop configuration and monitor suite requires a USB
connection to the laptop and a bus and protocol adaptor unit connected to the
“Remote connectors Data bus pins on Pin 4, 5 and 8.

The cable and software tool can be purchased separately from Curtiss-Wright.
3.4 Boot up
On application of power the display will come on, displaying “HD Searching”
box, until a valid video source from an external source is present.
3.5 Function keys
The front panel of the unit is fitted with application specific function keys below the
display (see the next section for a more detailed explanation.
3.6 Switching off
The unit is switched off by pushing the front panel “Brightness” control in.
Power is immediately removed from the display.
