      If your CyberPower Battery Pack isn't working, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the batteries are fully charged by allowing the pack to charge for 24 hours, keeping in mind that full runtime isn't expected during this initial charge. Specified battery pack models can use AC to shorten charge time. Also, the fuse might have blown; in this case, you can open the cover on the rear panel and replace it with a new fuse.

      If the UPS LCD isn't showing the expected runtime, it might be because the UPS hasn't been set to recognize the battery pack(s). To fix this, press the display toggle to select functions and then set up the correct number of battery packs. The default setting is 0.
