      If you're unable to configure the CyberPower Network Card, first check the LED status. A normal condition is when both the yellow and green LEDs are on. If the green LED is off, ensure the Remote Management Card is properly seated in the UPS and that the UPS power is connected to a working electrical outlet. If the yellow LED is off, verify that the network connection is good. Also, make sure the PC you are using is on the same network subnet as the Remote Management Card.

      If you can't access the Web Interface for your CyberPower PCI Card, first, make sure you can ping the RMCARD. Second, check that you're using the correct URL. Finally, verify that HTTP/HTTPS access is enabled by logging into the card using a CLI (Telnet or SSH client).

      If you are unable to ping the Remote Management Card of your CyberPower PCI Card, try using method 1 and/or method 2 to get or set a correct IP address for the card. Also, if the PC being used is on a different network subnet from the Remote Management Card, verify the setting of the subnet mask and the IP address of the gateway.

      If you are having trouble configuring the Remote Management Card of your CyberPower PCI Card using method 1 or method 2: * Check the LED status. It is normal when the yellow and green LEDs are both on. * If the green LED is off, check if the Remote Management Card is properly seated in the device and that the device has power. * If the yellow LED is off, make sure the network connection is good. * Ensure the PC being used is on the same local network subnet as the CyberPower device you are trying to communicate with. * Ensure the Jumper on the Reset Pin is correctly installed.
