• 7/32” Hex key (supplied with kit)
• 3/16” Hex key (supplied with kit)
1. Read and understand all instructions
thoroughly before installing this kit.
2. Verify kit contents. See Figure 1.

3. Install the hardware pack.
A. Install the hardware as shown in Figure 2.
Refer to Chapter 5 of the Arc Trainer 610A
Owner’s Manual part number 5610A-4 for
detailed instructions. NOTE: Place a drop
of loctite (10) on the SHCSC (7) and place
another drop of loctite into the shaft where
the SHCSC (10) will be tightened into).
