Console and Handrail Assembly

Secure Console and Handrail Assembly

Attach Console to Frame

Position console and handrail assembly on the main frame and secure with bolts and nuts.

Apply Loctite and Insert Fasteners

Apply loctite to screws and insert them into the assembly for initial fastening.

Final Console and Handrail Tightening

Secure Console Assembly

Tighten the console assembly using an Allen wrench and open-end wrench.

Secure Handle Assembly

Tighten the handle assembly using an Allen wrench.

Handle Assembly Swap Procedure

Remove Right Handle Assembly

Remove Left Handle Assembly

Install Left Handle Assembly

Position and Secure Left Handle

Place the left handle assembly in the correct position and secure with screws.

Apply Loctite to Left Handle

Complete Left Handle Installation

Attach Left Linkage Rod

Secure the left linkage rod to the handle assembly using a cap, spacer, screws, and washer.

Install Right Handle Assembly

Position and Secure Right Handle

Place the right handle assembly in the correct position and secure with screws.

Apply Loctite to Right Handle

Complete Right Handle Installation

Attach Right Linkage Rod

Secure the right linkage rod to the handle assembly using a cap, spacer, screws, and washer.
