A PROPERLY SECURED CHILD
When your child sits properly in the booster seat, the lap and 
shoulder belts MUST BE POSITIONED as shown:
•  THE SHOULDER BELT threaded through the belt 
guide and positioned across the MID-POINT OF YOUR 
CHILD’S CHEST AND SHOULDER, and NEVER in 
contact with your child’s neck. 
•  THE LAP PORTION of the seat belt must be positioned 
LOW AND SNUG ON YOUR CHILD’S THIGHS and 
NEVER on your child’s abdomen.
BOTH the lap and shoulder belt must be positioned 
underneath the armrest on the side with the buckle. Pull up 
on the shoulder belt to remove any slack in the belts.
If the vehicle belt does not fall within THE MID-POINT OF 
YOUR CHILD‘S CHEST AND SHOULDER, adjust the 
Backrest to achieve proper belt t.
If you need to use a blanket in cold weather, secure your 
child in the booster seat rst, and then cover both child 
and booster seat with the blanket. 
SECURING YOUR CHILD IN THE BOOSTER SEAT 
ONLY use this booster seat with the bottom of the 
Headrest positioned at two ngers width above 
child’s shoulders.
