Why is the Connection/Cellular LED off on my cypress solutions CTM-500?

If the Connection/Cellular LED is off on your Cypress Solutions Gateway, it could be due to several reasons: * The device is in an area with no cellular signal. * The radio module, device, or SIM hasn't been activated on the network. * The device configuration has disabled cellular connectivity or the configuration is incorrect. * The cellular antennas aren't physically connected to the CTM-500. To resolve this, ensure that a cellular signal is available, the device/SIM is activated, cellular connectivity is enabled in the configuration, and the cellular antennas are properly connected.
