Questa modalità serve ad impostare il tipo di in-
formazioni che il DSX26 trasmette attraverso la
presa MIDI out e dipende da come viene utilizzato
il DSX26 nel sistema. Le selezioni possibili sono:
• OFF: Non viene trasmesso alcun messaggio
MIDI, salvo i systems exclusive dump.

9.2 MIDI Mode
(OFF, PROGRAM, MASTER, THRU, PC PORT)
This mode sets the type of information the DSX26
transmits on its MIDI out socket, and is dependent
on the use of the DSX26 in the system.
The possible selections are:
• OFF: No MIDI messages, except systems exclu-
sive dumps, are transmitted.
• PROGRAMMA (Prog): Permette all’unità di tra-
sferire modiche programma MIDI.
• MASTER: Permette la trasmissione di tutte le
modiche di comando ad altri dispositivi sullo
stesso canale MIDI ad es. far funzionare paral-
lelamente due DSX26 per applicazioni stereo.
• THRU: Consente il usso dei dati ricevuti nella
presa del MIDI in attraverso il MIDI out.
• PCPORT: Questa modalità permette di utilizza-
re la porta RS-232 sul pannello posteriore del
DSX26 per eseguire i MIDI systems exclusive
dump e per controllare altri DSX26.

Questa utilità serve a trasferire le informazioni del
programma tra più unità DSX26 dello stesso mo-

• PROGRAMMA (Prog): Enables the unit to trans-
mit MIDI program changes.

changes to other devices on the same MIDI
channel for example to run two DSX26 in par-
allel for stereo applications.

• THRU: Allows the throughput of data received

• PCPORT: This mode allows the RS-232 port on
the rear of the DSX26 to be used to perform
MIDI systems exclusive dumps and to control
