  • Washing is forceless, pulsator work slowly:
    • Causes: Belt loosen, too much washer, low voltage.
    • Settlements: Tighten/replace belt, decrease washer load, wash after voltage refresh.
  • Pulsator, spin tub can't work and no sound from the motor:
    • Causes: No power, bad plug/socket contact, timer not set correctly, damaged power cord, loose wire connection, damaged timer, damaged capacitor, microswitch issues.
    • Settlements: Check power, socket, timer, replace power cord, re-joint connections, replace timer, capacitor, motor, adjust/replace microswitch.
  • Pulsator can't work but has sound from wash motor:
    • Causes: Foreign matters in pulsator, damaged capacitor/unconnected wire, loose belt, damaged pulley, damaged motor reducer, damaged motor.
    • Settlements: Clean foreign matters, replace capacitor/re-connect wire, adjust/replace belt, replace pulley, reducer, motor.
  • Spin tub can't rotate, but has sound from spin motor:
    • Causes: Foreign matters twisted in spin tub shaft, rubber cap/shaft knocked/damaged, braking condition, damaged capacitor/wire break, spin motor damaged.
    • Settlements: Clean foreign matters, replace spin rubber cap, adjust brake structure, replace capacitor/re-connect wires, replace motor.
  • Wash tub has abnormal noise:
    • Causes: Loose pulsator, foreign matters under pulsator, pulsator hitting wash tub, damaged motor reducer, belt/pulley knocking, wash motor damage.
    • Settlements: Tighten pulsator, clean foreign matters, regulate clearance/replace pulsator, replace reducer, adjust pulley height, replace motor.
  • Spin tub has abnormal noise:
    • Causes: Unevenly distributed laundry, foreign matters twisted in spin tub shaft, bearing inside rubber cap not lubricating.
    • Settlements: Distribute laundry evenly, clean foreign matters, increase lubrication/replace rubber cap.
  • Pulsator can't rotate in negative or positive:
    • Causes: Damaged wash timer, damaged selector.
    • Settlements: Replace wash timer, replace selector.
  • Not well drain or no drain:
    • Causes: Foreign matters clogging drain valve, drain valve open height not reaching right position, drain pipe too high.
    • Settlements: Clean foreign matters, adjust drain valve height, lower drain pipe.
  • Water leakage:
    • Causes: Reducer screws loose, damaged reducer seal circle, pipe joint not sealed/pipe surface damaged, rubber cap damaged, drain valve not sealed.
    • Settlements: Tighten reducer screws, replace reducer seal circle, glue/replace pipe joint, replace rubber cap, adjust drain valve pole height/clean foreign matter/replace drain valve.
  • Drain pump failure to drain when washing:
    • Causes: Drain valve not opened, foreign matters in pump, damaged drain pump switch, damaged drain pump.
    • Settlements: Open drain valve, clean foreign matters, replace pump switch, replace drain pump.
  • Drain pump failure to drain water when spinning:
    • Causes: Damaged spin timer, foreign matters in pump, damaged drain pump.
    • Settlements: Replace spin timer, clean foreign matters, replace drain pump.

  • Adjusting Belt Tightness: Cut power, open rear cover, loosen wash motor screws, move motor, re-install.

  • Replacing Wash Motor: Cut power, open rear cover/remove belt, unclamp motor wires, unscrew spin tub, place cushion, turn over machine, unscrew base/pipe, remove power cord from clip, remove base, unscrew upper fixed screws, remove spin motor assembly, unscrew shaft, unscrew brake plate, remove spin motor, re-install.
  • Cleaning Foreign Matters Under Pulsator: Cut power, unscrew/remove pulsator, turn over pulsator, clean foreign matters inside pulsator and on tub bottom, re-install.
  • Cleaning Foreign Matters on Spin Tub Shaft: Cut power, open panel frame, unscrew middle frame, remove middle frame. If necessary, open rear cover, unscrew spin tub, remove spin tub, clean shaft, re-install.
  • Replacing Rubber Cap: Cut power, open panel frame/loosen middle frame screws/remove middle frame, open rear cover/remove belt, unscrew spin tub, remove spin tub, place cushion, turn over machine, remove base screws, remove rubber cap, fix base, turn over machine, press rubber cap into tub, install tub/belt/rear belt, install middle frame/fix control panel.
  • Adjusting Drain Valve Rod Open Height: Cut power, open rear cover, remove adjusting rod/open screws on driver, open drain valve cover, remove foreign matters, re-install.
  • Replacing Drain Valve: Cut power, open rear cover, remove adjusting rod, heat three jointing places of drain valve, pull down drain valve, glue jointing place, install valve, install other parts.
  • Replacing Pump: Cut power, open rear cover, remove pump wires, heat two places of drain pump, pull out pipe, loosen pump screws, remove pump.
