DEVICE DISPOSAL
• This device and component parts are made of materials and substances that are
safe for the environment and human health. However, at the end of the use of the
device, or at expiration of its service life, or when it becomes unfit for further use, and
for prevention of negative environmental impact, the device is subject to disposal at
collection facilities specialized in processing of scrap metal and plastics.
• Disposal of the device and component parts consists in its complete disassembly
and subsequent sorting by type of material and substance, for further remelting or
recycling.
• The device must be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way, in accordance with the rules
and regulations in force in the European Union.
• Technical fluids (fuel, oil) must be disposed of separately, in accordance with local valid regulations
for the disposal of waste oil products.
• Do not pour used oil down the drain or onto the ground. Waste oil must be drained into special
containers and sent to waste oil collection and processing points.
• Do not dispose of the device and/or its components with household waste.
• In accordance with European Directive 2012/19/EC on the Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment and its conversion into national law, electrical and electronic equipment must be
sorted and sent to collection facilities.
• After using an electrical device, the owner is obliged to dispose of the device in accordance with
applicable law, following the manufacturer’s recommendations.
• This does not apply to accessories included with the device and accessories without electrical
components.
ATTENTION!
• Electric start generators are equipped with batteries that contain toxic materials.
Toxic materials must be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
• Before disposal, cover the battery terminals with thick adhesive tape. Do not
attempt to destroy or disassemble the battery or remove any parts.
• Before disposing of damaged or worn out batteries, contact your local EPA waste
disposal oce for instructions.
• Take the battery to your local battery recycling and/or disposal center.
