SPARE WHEEL, JACK AND
VEHICLE TOOLS
The spare wheel, jack and vehicle tools are
accommodated in the luggage/load compart-
ment. The spare wheel is retained by a bolt
under a floor cover. The jack and vehicle
tools are located at the very rear of spare
wheel compartment (Notch back), or at the
right side of the trunk under a cover (Hatch
back). The jack is retained by a wing bolt.

CAUTION
Storing a jack, a tire, or other equip-
ment in the passenger compartment
of the vehicle could cause injury.
In a sudden stop or collision, loose
equipment could strike someone.
Store jack, spare tire and tools se-
curely in allocated storage location.
NOTE
To eliminate the possibility of the
jack, jack handle and tools rattling
while the car is moving, stow them
securely in place.

• Do not use the jack provided with
your vehicle on other vehicles.
• Use the jack only on vehicle with
it is supplied.
• Never exceed the jack's maximum
permissible load.
