Assembly Instructions

step 1

Align frame sections and insert seat post loosely.

Align lower frame part and install clamp loosely.

step 3

Fit rear wheel, tighten quick-release and brake caliper.

step 4

Fit front wheel, tighten quick-release and brake caliper.

step 5

Fit stem, handle bar, tighten top cap and stem bolt.

step 6

Tighten stem faceplate bolts after adjusting handlebars.

step 7

Tighten the lower frame clamp.

step 8

Adjust seat post height and tighten seat post clamps.

step 9

Connect the cable connectors.

step 10

Install pedals/crank arm, lubricate threads.

step 11

Final check of bolts, cables, tire pressure, and brakes.

Disassembly Instructions

step 1

Disconnect cable connectors.

step 2

Loosen cable connections.

step 3

Loosen seat post clamp and lower clamp bolts.

step 4

Loosen stem bolt, remove stem and handle bar.

step 5

No need to remove top cap; steerer shim keeps fork in place.

step 6

Remove front and rear wheels.

step 7

Remove lower clamp and seat post.

step 8

Frame can be separated and ready for packing.

Packing Instructions

step 1

Remove rear wheel quick-release; place rear wheel cassette down.

step 2

Remove front wheel quick-release; place front wheel on rear.

step 3

Place protector-mat over wheels; tighten straps.

step 4

Place rear triangle in suitcase; optional to remove left pedal.

step 5

Place front triangle with down tube through rear stays.

step 6

Place handlebar, saddle, other parts; use padding.

step 7

Zip up the suitcase.
