      If the Daikin Furnace only fails to operate on the high stage, but operates normally on the low stage, and the induced draft blower is operating, inspect the pressure switch hose, repairing or replacing it if necessary. Also, inspect the flue piping for blockage, proper length, elbows, and termination. Check the induced draft blower performance, correcting it as necessary. Finally, tighten or correct any loose wiring connections.

      If the circulator blower runs continuously but the Daikin Furnace doesn't operate, check the filters and ductwork for any blockage. Insufficient conditioned air over the heat exchanger, blocked filters, restrictive ductwork, improper circulator blower speed, or a failed circulator blower motor could be the cause. Clean the filters or remove any obstructions. Additionally, check the circulator blower speed and performance, correcting the speed or replacing the blower motor if necessary. Also, ensure that the wiring connections are tight and correct in the high limit circuit.

      If the induced draft blower runs continuously but the Daikin Furnace doesn't operate, inspect the pressure switch hose and repair or replace it if necessary. The issue could stem from a low stage pressure switch circuit not being closed, a blocked or pinched pressure switch hose, a blocked flue pipe, a weak induced draft blower, an incorrect pressure switch set point, or loose wiring. Inspect the flue for blockage, proper length, elbows, and termination. Check the induced draft blower performance and correct as necessary. Also, check the pressure switch operation, replacing it as needed. Finally, ensure the wiring connections are tight and properly connected.
