When you are not planning to use your Daikin Air Conditioner for an extended period, take these steps: Operate the unit for 2 hours in cool mode at 30°C/86°F. Then, remove the power plug and, if applicable, cut off the independent electric circuit for the unit. Finally, remove the batteries from the remote control.
