Loosen screws and unclip the base plate cover to access the detector's internal parts.
The lithium battery pack is clipped into position. An arrow indicates connection direction.
Control panel must be in installation mode. Enter master code then engineer installer code.
Follow steps: identify detector, choose group, select triggering type (immediate, delayed, combined).
Place detector inside protected area, on door frame, 1m above ground, away from interference, on flat surface.
Fix back plate, align magnet holder opposite contact (less than 5mm), adjust height, and secure magnet.
Press test button for ~90 sec. Detector returns to normal mode afterwards.
LED is factory defaulted to be inactive in Test Mode. Parameter can be changed.
Control panel indicates low battery. Press test button to check detector battery status.
Switch panel to install mode, open detector, unclip battery, wait 2 mins, replace, close, switch to user mode.
